# FAQs

<details>

<summary><strong>Q1. What is an Interaction?</strong></summary>

Entry into a campaign via form fillup or loading the campaign play screen uses 1 unit of your Interactions. Your Interactions reset monthly, and unused units do not roll over.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Q2. How long do my Interactions last?</strong></summary>

Your Interactions is valid for 1 month. When your subscription renews, your Interactions is reset back to the plan you’ve chosen.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Q3. How can I get more Interactions?</strong></summary>

You will get monthly Interactions as per your subscribed plan. If you need more interactions, you can top them up using the add-ons inside the billing area.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Q4. What happens if I use up my Interactions?</strong></summary>

You will be shown a warning within the platform and by email if you are getting close to your Interaction limit. There is a buffer built into the system to ensure that your campaign stays running for a short while after the limit is reached. Your campaign will expire if warnings are ignored. If you want your campaign to continue, you can simply increase the Interactions on the platform.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.gamifyroute.com/kb/other/faqs.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
