Effectively managing your workspaces helps streamline your business operations and ensures that your resources are utilized efficiently.

Managing workspaces allows you to organize and control different areas of your business operations within the app. You can add, edit, delete, and manage the status of workspaces to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
Accessing Business Settings:
On the top right corner of the app, click on your profile picture.
Click on "Business Settings". This will open the business settings in a new tab.
Navigating to the Workspace Tab:
Go to the "Workspace" tab in the business settings menu.
Here, you will see a list of your workspaces along with various actions you can perform.
Add a Workspace:
Click on the "Add" button to create a new workspace.
Enter name, set it's status, select users and save to add the workspace.
Edit a Workspace:
Click on the pencil icon under the "Actions" column to edit an existing workspace.
Make the required changes and save them.
Delete a Workspace:
Click on the trash icon under the "Actions" column to delete a workspace.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Activate/Deactivate a Workspace:
Toggle the switch under the "Active/Inactive" column to change the status of a workspace.
Export Workspaces:
Click on the "Export" button to download a list of your workspaces.
Reorder & Toggle Columns:
Use the drag-and-drop functionality to reorder your columns as needed.
Click on the settings icon to show or hide specific columns in the workspace list.
On the common header, there is a drop-down on the right hand side. Select the workspace from that list.
If you have too many workspaces, then there is also a dedicated screen for workspace. You can switch to it by clicking on Manage from the dropdown.
