Sometimes the campaign manager wants their campaign data in Excel format to be processed further. For this to be achieved, Gamify Route provides Google Sheets integration. Once you setup it successfully, every time the end user plays a game, you will have entries in your Google Sheet.

Follow the below steps to integrate your Google Sheet:

  • On the campaigns screen, on your campaign, go to ‘Details’

  • Go to ‘Integration’ tab

  • Click on the ‘Connect’ button on the Google Sheet block

  • Click on 'Sign in with Google' button

  • A new window will open, and you might need to select the email associated with your spreadsheet account. Click on the Continue button.

  • Copy the access token

  • Paste the code and click on the ‘Save Setting’ button

  • Click on the ‘Configuration’ button in Opt-in block

  • Enter details, map your fields in opt-in form, enable it for syncing and click on the ‘Save’ button

  • Repeat steps for claim form and campaign all data

  • Once you successfully setup, you will have status active beside all three blocks. And in your Google Sheet, you will have headers

  • Now, play the live campaign, and you will have campaign data straight into your Google Sheet.
